We offer a variety of yoga classes daily for beginner to advanced level students with both UNheated and heated options.
Yoga FreshFlow for Beginner/Intermediate Levels
This class provides students, (both new and experienced) an opportunity to learn and refine the basics of their vinyasa (or flow) yoga practice. We will explore the benefits of yoga by linking breath with mindful movements with a focus on proper alignment and basic breathing techniques. This practice will create strength and flexibility in fundamental yoga poses, and strengthen the foundation of yoga practice. This class is practiced in an UNheated room.
Vinyasa FreshFlow for ALL Levels
This creative and dynamic class allows you to move at your own pace to explore breath with movement. We will provide beginner students with the support that they need, and more advanced students opportunities to deepen their experience with options to modify OR move into more advanced variations with mindfulness to both alignment and breathe. We will continue to build strength and create flexibility while meeting each yogi at their own level of practice. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and some knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is recommended.
Power FreshFlow for Intermediate/Advanced Levels
This dynamic yoga practice offers creative sequences for you to play your edge to find balance, stability and breath. This class will get your body moving and is designed to be both physically and mentally challenging to deepen your yoga experience. This intermediate/advanced class is practiced in a heated room (90 degrees) and previous yoga experience is strongly recommended including a solid foundation of sun salutations and basic postures.
Sunrise Flow for ALL Levels
Begin your day with an invigorating morning yoga practice with the rising of the sun. This class will energize your mind, body and breath through a progression of sun salutations to flow you into your day. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (85 degrees) and is suitable for all levels of yogis to attend and some knowledge of sun salutations is recommended.
Twilight Flow for ALL Levels
Melt your stresses away in the glow of candlelight with the ultimate yoga experience to unwind from the week! This class will illuminate your intention as we focus on breath and flowing movements to cultivate peace, balance and rejuvenation to soothing music. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and basic knowledge of sun salutations and some previous yoga experience is recommended.
Yoga Nidra Flow for ALL Levels
This class will begin with a gentle flow practice to strengthen your body, deepen your breath and calm your mind. Modifications and props will be offered to relieve stress and relax the body in preparation for Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra (also know as "yogic sleep") will offer deep relaxation for your body, mind and emotions; while helping to dissolve old patterns and remove obstacles. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and all levels are welcome.
Restorative Yoga for ALL Levels
This soothing and therapeutic practice encourages the release of deep-rooted muscular tension to reduce stress and release tightness. The body is supported throughout the practice & in specific asanas through the use of props including cushions, blankets, blocks and straps. This practice helps to calm the central nervous system and invites the body to experience a deeper state of relaxation. Restorative yoga replenishes the body’s energy, leaving you feeling nourished, well rested and deeply rejuvenated. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and is deeply relaxing and is suitable for all ages, abilities & physical conditions and will complement other active practices such as our Flow classes.
Yin Yoga for ALL Levels
Yin is the perfect compliment to your more active and energizing or flowing (Yang) practices. Yin yoga will relax your body to help release the connective tissues to create a counter balance with long, passive holds to work into the deeper connective tissues of the body. (The connective tissues are tendons, ligaments and cartilage, which are the areas that are not usually reached in more active styles of asana practice.) This practice will open up the tissues surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower spine to create a massage like experience.
Mindfulness Meditation for ALL Levels
Join us to experience the benefits of meditation in your life. Practiced on a regular basis, meditation produces profound results on all levels of your being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It connects you with your own inner powers of vitality and clarity. Bring your mat, and we have everything else you will need. If you're new to meditation, please arrive a few minutes early to get set up!
Gentle Yoga for ALL Levels
This supportive practice will strengthen your body, deepen your breath and soothe your mind. With modifications and props offered to incorporate mindful and healing movements with attention to breath and alignment. you can immerse yourself in a gentler class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing for extra time to enjoy each pose.
Hatha Fusion for ALL Levels
This hatha-based practice blends asana (posture) with pranyama (breathing techniques) and meditation to fine tune elements of your practice by exploring beginner -intermediate postures in a safe and sustainable way. This class begins to explore the connections between yoga postures and yoga philosophy, to broaden your appreciation and understanding of yoga. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and all levels are welcome.
Happy Back & Hips Yoga for ALL Levels
Use yoga to relieve tension in your low back and hips, bringing overall happiness to mind, body and spirit. Hip and back pain do not have to be a chronic condition. You can use yoga to shift the positioning of your body and learn to find your most optimal alignment. We will focus on sequences that offer healing and safety for low back and hips.
HOT Yoga for ALL Levels
This series of 26 postures is practiced in a precise order to systematically detoxify the entire body and to stimulate the mind. The entire body will be stimulated and restored with a focus on strength, balance and flexibility in this heated practice (99 degrees) . Get ready to sweat and all levels of students from beginners to advanced levels are welcome to attend.
Barre Burn for ALL Levels
This unique and high-energy/no-impact barre class will burn away fat to create a lean, toned and more flexible body. We will combine elements of yoga, pilates, a ballet barre and light free weights to isometrically sculpt the entire body with a focus on toning the butt, legs, torso and arms while also conditioning the heart. Our barre class is suitable for ALL LEVELS to attend and is also gentle on your joints. Barre class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and some yoga experience is recommended. Bring your yoga mat to this class (or rent one from us!). Please PRE-REGISTER for this class to reserve your spot at the barre as space is limited.
Barre Burn Plus for Intermediate/Advanced Levels
This unique and high-energy/no-impact barre-based class will burn away fat to create a lean, toned and more flexible body. We will combine elements of yoga, pilates, a ballet barre and light free weights to isometrically sculpt the entire body with a focus on toning the butt, legs, torso and arms while also conditioning the heart. This class is also gentle on your joints as it does NOT involve any bouncing or jumping. Barre Burn Plus is an INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL class and is suitable for those who have already attended a minimum of 20+ Barre Burn classes prior. This 75-minute class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees). Please PRE-REGISTER for this class to reserve your spot at the barre as space is limited.
Yoga Sculpt for Intermediate Levels
Challenge your body and mind with an energizing total body yoga-inspired workout to build strength, increase muscle tone and improve your balance! This class incorporates basic yoga postures with exercise bands and free weights for added resistance and toning. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and is a great compliment to any of our FreshFlow classes. Some knowledge of basic yoga postures is recommended.

FREE Yoga for Beginners Workshop
Are you new to yoga and don’t know where to start? Have you been to a yoga class and felt overwhelmed because you didn't know what to do? In this FREE workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of yoga and learn basic yoga postures and breathing practices. We will finish the workshop feeling confident and prepared to attend beginner friendly yoga classes such as Yoga FreshFlow, Hatha Fusion, Gentle FreshFlow, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Space is limited in this FREE workshop, and you MUST pre-register online to guarantee your spot. If you have any questions or concerns, please email: info@yoga-fresh.com! Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water with you and everything else will be provided. If you don't have a yoga mat, we rent them for only $1.
YogaFresh Momma Prenatal Yoga
This specialty class was designed for expectant mothers during pregnancy to help connect, celebrate and relax in a community of other mommies-to-be! Through breath work, relaxation and a flow of postures, this class will help your body and mind gain the strength, confidence, endurance and inner peace to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for labor. This class is open to expectant mother’s at any stage in pregnancy. This class is taught by certified prenatal yoga instructor and registered doula Michel Tigan.
Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited.
Kids/Family Yoga
Offer your child an experience to strengthen and stretch their bodies while learning to calm their minds when they feel stressed, or uneasy helping with school, sports and life in today’s world. YogaFresh offers classes and workshops for kiddos ages 5-12 and tweens 13-16 to help them to find focus, confidence, balance and strength while enabling them to feel empowered and confident.
