We offer a variety of yoga classes daily for beginner to advanced level students with both UNheated and heated options.
Yoga FreshFlow for Beginner/Intermediate Levels
This class is perfect for beginner to intermediate level yoga students looking to explore the benefits of vinyasa (or flow) yoga. We will explore fundamental yoga postures and sun salutations with a focus on proper alignment and basic breathing techniques. By linking together mindful movements, we will create flexibility and strength in your body to help you begin your yoga journey or to strengthen the foundation of your practice!
Vinyasa FreshFlow for ALL Levels (formerly Open FreshFlow)
This balanced vinyasa practice allows you to move at your own pace to explore breath linked with movement. This practice allows you to focus on postures with options to modify OR move into more advanced variations with mindfulness to both alignment and breathe. We will continue to build strength and create flexibility while meeting each yogi at their own level of practice. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is strongly recommended.
Power FreshFlow for Intermediate/Advanced Levels
This challenging practice offers creative sequences to cultivate concentration, strength, stamina and confidence while purifying your breath. We will explore intermediate/advanced variations of postures for you to play your edge while finding balance, stability and alignment as you reach your true inner potential. This class is practiced in a heated room (90 degrees) and previous yoga experience is strongly recommended along with a solid foundation of sun salutations and basic postures.
Gentle Yoga for ALL Levels
This supportive practice will strengthen your body, deepen your breath and soothe your mind. With modifications and props offered to incorporate mindful and healing movements with attention to breath and alignment. you can immerse yourself in a gentler class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing for extra time to enjoy each pose.
Hatha Fusion for ALL Levels
This hatha-based practice blends yoga postures (asanas) with various breathing techniques (pranyama) to create a heightened inner awareness. We will develop a moving meditation to deepen your yoga experience moving at a mindful pace to allow ample time for enjoyment while exploring breath, alignment, meditation and visualization. Each class will focus on theme, posture or type of postures, creating a workshop-like experience in each class. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees).
Community Vinyasa Flow: Donation Class for ALL Levels
This community class is a balanced vinyasa practice for you to move at your own pace to explore breath linked with movement. This donation-based class will focus on intermediate postures with options to move into more advanced variations with mindfulness to both alignment and breathe. We will continue to work on building strength and creating flexibility while meeting each participant at their own level of practice. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and knowledge of basic yoga postures and sun salutations is strongly recommended. This community practice is by-donation with a suggested donation of $5 -$15.
Sunrise Flow for ALL Levels
Set the tone for your day with an invigorating class to help you energize your mind, body and breath. In this class suitable for all levels of yogis; wake up your sleepy body while practicing to the rising sun in a heated room (85 degrees). Basic knowledge of sun salutations is recommended.
Twilight Flow for ALL Levels
Melt your stresses away in the glow of candlelight with the ultimate yoga experience to unwind from the week! This class will illuminate your intention as we focus on breath and flowing movements to cultivate peace, balance and rejuvenation to soothing music. This class is practiced in a heated room (85 degrees) and basic knowledge of sun salutations and some previous yoga experience is recommended.
Restorative Yoga for ALL Levels
This soothing and therapeutic practice will allow your body to completely surrender while lingering in supported postures to help quite the mind, reduce stress and release tightness. The postures will calm your nervous system to create a deep release in the connective tissues to encourage your muscles and joints to open slowly and appropriately to explore breath, alignment, meditation and more. This class is great for all levels of students and will complement any active lifestyle or other active practices such as our Flow classes. You will feel aligned, centered and refreshed.
Restorative Twilight Yoga for ALL Levels
Offer your body and mind an opportunity to "reset" with both restful and supported postures in the glow of candlelight. This class will help you to feel relaxed and refreshed for the week ahead as you let go of stress and the weekend behind you. This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and is suitable to everyone to attend.
Yin Yoga for All Levels
Yin is the perfect compliment to your more active and energizing or flowing (Yang) practices. Yin yoga will relax your body to help release the connective tissues to create a counter balance with long, passive holds to work into the deeper connective tissues of the body. (The connective tissues are tendons, ligaments and cartilage, which are the areas that are not usually reached in more active styles of asana practice.) This practice will open up the tissues surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower spine to create a massage like experience.
HOT Yoga for ALL Levels
This series of 26 postures is practiced in a precise order to systematically detoxify the entire body and to stimulate the mind. The entire body will be stimulated and restored with a focus on strength, balance and flexibility in this heated practice (99 degrees) . Get ready to sweat and all levels of students from beginners to advanced levels are welcome to attend.

Barre Burn for ALL Levels
This unique and high-energy/no-impact barre class will burn away fat to create a lean, toned and more flexible body. We will combine elements of yoga, pilates, a ballet barre and light free weights to isometrically sculpt the entire body with a focus on toning the butt, legs, torso and arms while also conditioning the heart. Our barre class is suitable for ALL LEVELS to attend and is also gentle on your joints. Barre class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees). Bring your yoga mat to this class (or rent one from us!). Please PRE-REGISTER for this class to reserve your spot at the barre as space is limited.
Yoga Sculpt for Intermediate Levels
Challenge your body and mind with an energizing total body yoga-inspired workout to build strength, increase muscle tone and improve your balance! This class incorporates basic yoga postures with exercise bands and free weights for added resistance and toning. This class is practiced in a heated room (90 degrees) and is a great compliment to any of our FreshFlow classes. Some knowledge of basic yoga postures is recommended.

FREE Yoga for Beginners Workshop with Jill Carey
Are you new to yoga and don’t know where to start? Have you been to a yoga class and felt overwhelmed because you didn't know what to do? In this FREE workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of yoga and learn basic yoga postures and breathing practices. We will finish the workshop feeling confident and prepared to attend beginner friendly yoga classes such as Yoga FreshFlow, Hatha Fusion, Gentle FreshFlow, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Space is limited in this FREE workshop, and you MUST pre-register online to guarantee your spot. If you have any questions or concerns, please email: info@yoga-fresh.com! Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water with you and everything else will be provided. If you don't have a yoga mat, we rent them for only $1.
YogaFresh Momma Prenatal Yoga with Michel Tigan
This specialty class was designed for expectant mothers during their pregnancy to help you connect to your growing baby while learning postures and modifications to safely practice yoga throughout your pregnancy. YogaFresh Momma will assist you in strengthening the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort and can also help to alleviate other discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. Michel Tigan is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Registered Doula. Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited in this bi-monthly class offering. Kids/Family Yoga with Angela Wethor
Offer your child an experience to strengthen and stretch their bodies while learning to calm their minds when they feel stressed, or uneasy helping with school, sports and life in today’s world. YogaFresh offers classes and workshops for kiddos ages 5-12 and tweens 13-16 to help them to find focus, confidence, balance and strength while enabling them to feel empowered and confident.
