You can only sign up for membership at the YF front desk and we will automatically deduct your monthly payment from your credit/debit card at no hassle to you.

Option to participate in Fitness Rewards Program

Fitness Rewards Program for Members
If you would like to be reimbursed $20 per month through our Fitness Rewards Program for attending a   minimum of only 12 classes per month, please print out the appropriate form and return to YF.  You must have an eligible Blue Cross Blue Shield OR PreferredOne Insurance plan to participate to be reimbursed $20 per month for attending a minimum of only 12 classes each month.  If you're a HealthPartners plan carrier, please make us a copy of your current insurance card to receive a 10% discount on your monthly membership!  Please drop off your completed form (click above and print at home) at the front desk the next time you attend class at YF!

Auto Pay Membership Options

Membership has no minimum commitment and only a 30-Day notice to cancel.

Membership Information and Policies

Your Auto Pay Membership will automatically renew each month until frozen or cancelled by you via email to our membership coordinator at: membership@yoga-fresh.com.  As a member, you can freeze or cancel your membership at anytime with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your billing date as we need your notice in writing and will respond to confirm within 5 business days. 

Membership Freeze

Members are able to freeze or suspend your Auto Pay Membership once per calendar year for a maximum of up to three months.  We require a 30-Day notice prior to your billing date to freeze your membership and       please note that suspended memberships CANNOT be canceled.

                                                   Membership Cancellation

                                                   Members are able to cancel your Auto Pay Membership at anytime.  Cancellations require a 30-Day notice                                                    prior to your billing date. Please note that suspended or frozen memberships CANNOT be canceled.  Your                                                    membership must be active for one month prior to cancellation. 

                                                   If you've previously cancelled your membership and would like to rejoin, YF will charge a $45 reinstatement                                                    fee to rejoin membership after the original membership has been previously cancelled.
